CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Cutright & Allen Inc. believe that to be contractually independent from the general contractor protects the owner from a conflict of interest in the quality of construction and the value of what is provided by the contractor. Cutright & Allen Inc. can, however, recommend general contractors according to the building type, time frame and location of the proposed project.

Cutright & Allen Inc. can associate with general contractors that will:
   > Budget construction costs before owners incur complete architectural and engineering fees,
   > Request local subcontractor and suppliers participate in bidding,
   > Provide full-time, on-site, experienced English speaking superintendents,
   > Offer an open-book policy disclosing bids and project costs.
